MARVIN KAHN, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Marvin was raised in the citrus business and owned his first grove while in his early twenties. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1956 with a degree in agriculture. Marvin has earned many local and state awards in agriculture. He has served the industry as a member of the Florida Citrus Commission.

WAYNE DOUBERLEY, President and Chief Operating Officer
Wayne joined KCM in 1970, when we managed just 600 acres. He has direct responsibility for the caretaking, harvesting and marketing operations. Wayne is well respected by his peers and is known throughout the Florida citrus community because of his innovative and progressive grove care and production practices.

JOHNNY BOX, Harvesting Manager
Johnny has been with KCM since 1979 and is a second-generation employee. He is responsible for supervision and coordination of overall harvesting operations.

TONY WILLIAMS, Production Manager
Tony is a native Floridian and has been with KCM since 1996. He has been involved in the citrus industry all his life and has gained experience and expertise literally from the ground up.
