| Kahn Grove Service Company has a multi-generation management team. We have employees that have been with our company since it’s beginning thus providing depth and staying power within our organization. Our management team is rich in horticulture and grove care experience and education. |

| Marvin Kahn, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer Marvin was raised in the citrus business and owned his first grove while in his early twenties. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1956 with a degree in agriculture. Marvin has earned many local and state awards in agriculture. He is a former member of the Florida Citrus Commission. |
| Wayne Douberley, President and Chief Operating Officer Wayne joined the Company in 1970 when it managed only 600 acres. He has direct responsibility for the care taking, harvesting and marketing operations. Wayne is well respected by his peers and is known throughout the State because of his innovative and progressive grove care and production practices. |
| Tom Eidenberger, Chief Financial Officer Tom has been with the Company since 1988. He is a graduate from the University of West Florida with a degree in accounting. Tom is responsible for the Company's financial planning and its accounting and grove reporting systems. |
| Jay Whitaker, Citrus Production Manager Jay joined KGSC in 1991. He is a graduate from the University of Florida in 1983 with a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture and a Major in Horticulture specializing in Fruit Crops. Jay's responsibilities include making recommendations and implementing practices of fertilizing, herbiciding, spraying and many other tasks. |
